M	Masato Mitsui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ㈱ブ○イブ横浜支社よりの派遣勤務。職員は「出来上がった方」ばかりです。職員更衣室は男女兼用なので、ノックして異性が居ないか確認してから入って下さい。教え方もいい加減です！「仕事の経験有るなら！」って適当です。派遣でも残業有ります。 10〜30分位でしょうか！平日午前中は毎日入浴介助当番です。早番でも、食事配膳の為、業務開始時間の来ると「もっと早く来て下さい！ 15分位前に！」って言われて「派遣会社では前残業はダメと言われてます！」と言って、早番は拒否しました。職員の入れ替わりも凄いです！あと、1階の「お風呂」の、お湯って替えてるんですかね？！休憩室が使えない時に、お風呂場で休憩して、お風呂見たら、カバー代わりのマットを沢山乗せて「フタ」しておりました。レジオネラ菌とか、発生しないといいんですけどね！詳しくは、ブログにて。 Temporary work from Bu * eve Yokohama branch office.
