m	masahiko tajima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客が並んでいるのにいつまで経ってもスタッフがレジに入らない。対応もノロノロ。ショーケースの入った商品を店員に注文するタイプの店なのでさらにレジ待ち時間が長くなる。前に数人しかいないのにあまりに遅いので結局商品を買わずに店を出た。はっきり言って不愉快で最低な店。 Even though the customers are lined up, the staff never enter the cash register. Correspondence is also sloppy. Since it is a type of store where you order products with showcases from the clerk, the waiting time at the cash register will be even longer. Even though there were only a few people before, it was so late that I ended up leaving the store without buying any products. To be clear, it's an unpleasant and worst store.
K	K R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドーナツを6個以上買ったのに、新人のスタッフが担当だったからか、小さい紙袋にぎゅうぎゅうに詰められました。今まで何回もこちらの店舗でも他の店舗でも買っていますが、きちんと箱に入れてくれていたのでこんなことは初めてでビックリです。おかげでドーナツを次の日食べたらもうドーナツの乾燥がだいぶ進んでて硬くなっていました…。家族曰く、その時は、新人スタッフ2人がレジ2台、ベテランスタッフが1人レジの計3台あったそうですが、動きが遅くて行列ができていたみたいで入店から、退店までかなり時間がかかったみたいです。もう少し新人スタッフのレジ指導、何個だったら紙袋、何個だったら箱に詰めるとかをしっかり徹底した方がいいと思いました。 I bought 6 or more donuts, but probably because the new staff was in charge, they were packed in small paper bags. I've bought it many times at this store and at other stores, but I was surprised that it was the first time for me to put it in the box properly. Thanks to that, when I ate the donut the next day, the donut was already dry and hardened ... According to the family, at that time, there were 3 new staff members, 2 cashiers, and 1 veteran staff member, a total of 3 cars. It seems that it took time. I thought it would be better to give more thorough guidance to the new staff at the cash register, how many pieces should be packed in paper bags, and how many pieces should be packed in boxes.
