★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーおかわりできると言われお願いしたが10ぷんくらい来なかったです。提供しているものが物なのでその時間あれば食べ終わってしまいます。
他の来店客はイートインに一人、レジには誰もいませんでした
時間がかかるときは先に一言言うのが良いかなと思いました。
 I was asked to have another cup of coffee, but I didn't come for about 10 minutes. Since what we are offering is something, we will finish eating if we have that time.
There was only one other visitor at the eat-in and no one at the cash register.
When it takes time, I thought it would be better to say a word first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19時位に行ったら商品が結構売り切れで棚がスカスカだった。食べたかった期間限定の４種類は全て無し。仕方無しに他の物を買って帰ろうとレジに行ったら、店員さんの言っている意味が分からず違う回答をしたら鼻で笑われた。
普段ドーナツは殆ど食べない。食べたいと思った日が台無しになってので、また足が遠退くでしょう。
When I went to around 19 o'clock, the product was quite sold out and the shelf was Skaska. There were no four items for a limited time period that I wanted to eat. When I went to the checkout to buy other things without help, I could not understand the meaning of the clerk and if I had a different answer I was laughed at my nose.
I usually do not eat donuts at all. As the day I wanted to eat was ruined, my feet would go away again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは、ドーナツ類以外にラーメンやパスタが食べられます。量は、少ないですのでたくさん食べる人には物足りないです。レジは、混みます。特に限定品が出るとかなり混みます。イートインスペースあります。楽天ポイントが付きますのでカードを忘れずに。
You can eat ramen and pasta besides donuts here. Because the amount is small, it is not enough for people who eat a lot. The cash register is crowded. It gets quite crowded especially when the limited edition comes out. There is eat-in space. As Rakuten point is attached, please do not forget the card.

いざ受け取りの時間になり、
｢ネットオーダー受け取りはこちら｣
と書いてあるレジに行っても、店員さんはこちらに気付いているようでしたが完全に無視。
結局並んでから画面を見せて受け取りました。
少々対応に疑問を持ちました。
改善して頂きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前違う店で氷コーヒーを注文して頂いたことがあったので、別の氷コーヒーが出たと聞いて注文しました。初めはストローがついているので無理なく飲めるのですが、終わりが近づくと氷が残るので、ストローを使うかどうかは別としてかき氷感覚で食べなければいけないのがつらいですね。ドーナツにするか飲茶にするかは予算の都合で考えていただくということになると思います。氷コーヒーはまた別のバージョンが出たというのでまた飲んでみようと思います。
