上から下まで真っ赤ないちごのパフェ。
みずみずしいいちごがたっぷり。
余計なものが一切なし。
シンプルにいちごを味わえて、
ジュースを飲むように
あっという間に
グラスは空になりました。

いちごぎっしり?
いちごジェラート 手作りだそうです
ミントゼリー 手作りだそうです
ミントゼリーといちごのシロップいいマッチ
美味しい
ミントゼリーの量が多いかな。
甘さの中にマッチして美味しいんやけど ジェラートが少ない気がする。
これで¥1500はお高いなぁ〜
ケーキが良かったのかも。

「栗だけのモンブラン」を頂きました。
タルトにはチョコレートが塗られていて、タルトがサクサクのまま最後まで楽しめるようにや他店のモンブランとは違い、栗だけを使用してることなど教えて下さってとてもこだわりを持って作っていらっしゃるのが伝わってきました！
栗をとても感じるこのモンブランの味はもちろん美味しかったです！
盛り付けも丁寧でお優しい店主さん。初対面でしたが好きになりました?
また絶対行こうと思います！

女性店主さまのこだわりが、随所にこれでもかと言うほど感じられる、大人でオシャレな喫茶です。
入口上部には、大きめのスピーカーが並んで2つ設置されており、その配置からも音響について意識されているのが想像出来ます。
紅茶は、まだまだ日本では珍しいオーストラリア・メルボルン発祥のメーカー「T2」の、NY・ブレックファストを採用されていました。
