★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 介護士が怠慢。何でもかんでも派遣に押しつけて、自分達はくっちゃべってる。利用者に対しても派遣にたいしても口の利き方が悪い社員ばかり。特に派遣に指示出しする高橋さんは最悪。利用者が転んでも、初めて来た単発の派遣に行くように指示して、利用者の様子すら見に行かない。本来なら自分達で利用者の安全確認をすべきです。利用者に対しても陰口が酷いです。
 The caregiver is negligent. We push everything into dispatch and we are messed up. Only employees who have a bad mouth when dispatching to users. In particular, Mr. Takahashi, who gives instructions to dispatch, is the worst. Even if the user falls, he is instructed to go to the one-off dispatch that came for the first time, and he does not even go to see the user.
