M	Masato “Lambda” Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バンガローに泊まって好きな時に好きなだけ星を見られる、天文ファンにお勧めの施設。プラネタリウムは小ぢんまりとしていますが意外に面白い番組でした。天体観測器具 (天体望遠鏡や双眼鏡など) の貸し出しもあるので機材なしでも観測できます。冬季はバンガローでこたつに入って地元食材の鍋をつつくのも人気だそうです。 A facility recommended for astronomical fans who can stay in bungalows and watch as many stars as they like. 北	北嶋豊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くのスーパーまで車で２０分の山の中ですが、町明かりがなく天体観測には好適です。標高700mなので、平地より4度程凉しい計算です。宿泊費用（大人3210円小中学生2140円未就学児は不明）、プラネタリウム（330円）、天体観測（330円）などの料金もとても安く手軽に行けます。陽が暮れるまで、芝生広場でキャッチボールして楽しみました。職員さんも親切だったし、子供に星空観察の基本マナーを教えておけば、とても楽しめると思います。 10㌢.屈折望遠鏡のレンタルが千円程度。日替わりでメニューが決まっている夕食（1020円）は、土曜なので味噌カツ定食でした。朝、昼食は各620円夕食後のプラネタリウムで、冬の星座を覚えました。うっとりしますね。展望会は、この日は半月で月明かりがまぶしい位でしたが、スバルやオリオン星雲を見せてもらえました。口径６０㎝の反射望遠鏡を覗くチャンスは貴重です(笑) 小さい子供は暗闇で泣いたりするのは仕方ないけどね。多少は大目に見てもらえます。夜の８時半頃で解散しましたが、望遠鏡をレンタルするのを、うっかり忘れてしまいました。食堂のテレビと電器ポットは自由に使えます。初めての２段ベットで、子供は喜んでました。８人部屋でしたが、実際に利用した２人分の宿泊費でした。得した気分♪ テントを張って星空が眺められる季節に、また行きたいですね。 It is a 20-minute drive to the nearby supermarket, but there is no town light and it is suitable for astronomical observation. t	tori ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの頃に学校や家族で何回か宿泊。大人になってからバンガローに2回宿泊。2回とも雨でしたが、スタッフがバンガローの庭にブルーシートの屋根を貼ってくれて持ち込みバーベキューが出来ました。ゆっくり出来てとてもよかった。晴れてれば望遠鏡も貸し出ししてくれり、メインの巨大天体望遠鏡で星や月を見せてくれます。プラネタリウムは、クイズしてくれたり、質問に答えてくれたり、大きなプラネタリウムにはない幻想的な中に和気あいあいとした雰囲気です。 I stayed at school and family several times when I was a child. S	Sachiko N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人と一緒に家族で天体観測を目的に宿泊しました。事前情報が少なく、現地の様子がよく分からないまま出かけましたが、総じて大満足な経験ができました。館内の様子・設備：バンガローは利用していないので、本館についてのみ。建物の年数の割に、共用スペースは清潔感があります。食堂に共用のテレビ、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジ、電気ポットあり。ロビーの一角に売店コーナーがあり、天体に関するグッズ（文房具など）をおみやげに購入しました。本館の外に飲み物の自販機がありました。お部屋：和室利用。部屋内には小さいテーブルとデロンギのオイルヒーターのみで、ティッシュすらないです。敷き布団が薄めでしたが、熟睡しました。食事：有料の夕食と朝食を予約しました。夕飯のメインのおかず（トンカツ）が冷たかったのは残念でしたが、食堂内に電子レンジがあったので温めれば問題なかったです。値段相応です。曜日によって、あらかじめメニューが決まっていますが、変更する場合もあるようです。スタッフ：電話予約時は素っ気ない印象でしたが、現地での対応は普通でした。前提としてここはホテルではないので、「サービス」を求めない方が良いと思います。プラネタリウムと観望会：館内対応とは別のスタッフが対応しましたが、子供でも分かるように丁寧な説明で、内容も良かったです。観望会では、途中で雲が出てしまい十分な観測ができなかったため、チェックアウト時に料金が無料になっていました。県下2番目の大きさという望遠鏡を見られたこと自体も貴重ですし、月表面はきれいに見れたので、有料でも全く文句は無かったです。 I stayed with my family for the purpose of astronomical observation. Kids can splash around in the concrete pond that's more like a kiddie pool. You can also schedule to chill out in the planetarium or use the massive telescope atop the building to explore the stars. Both are guided by an astronomer... in Japanese, of course. He can speak some English, but I don't know if he's got his star spiel down in both languages. Definitely worth the scenic drive through the mountains.
