★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで来院した時はとても優しく丁寧な診察をしていただき信頼していました。
本日は受付時間が変更になったことを知らず、発熱外来の時間前になってしまったので受付の方に大丈夫でしょうか？出直しましょうか？と確認し、大丈夫です。との事でしたので待たせてもらいました。
まだ診察してほしいことがあったのにも関わらず次回の予約を取っただけで今から、発熱外来なんです！と診察室から追い出されました。
ただ予約だけでお金の支払いこれなら電話でも終わることではないでしょうか？
検査予約の問い合わせもして診察してからの検査となりますとのことでしたので来院したのにひどい扱いでした。
コロナで忙しくされてるのはわかりますがそれなら、診察受付終了時間を早めてはいかがでしょうか？
予約のためだけにお金を支払いしたので検査には行きますが今日のは診察でも何でもありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お腹が痛く呼吸も苦しく近くの、みさよ内科クリニックへ行くが無駄なレントゲンをとられ胃薬を処方され会計。
他の病院へいくと結局体内に血が貯まっていた。誤診ですよね。と話にいくと先生は出てこず受付を通しての話。弁護士を通して。とのこと。医者を名乗ってはいけない。と思った。オススメできない病院。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長みさよ先生は優しく気さくないい先生です。毎月受診していますが、市外からの仕事帰りで急いで向かっても、18時迄診療の5分前とギリギリになってしまいます。今日も「ギリギリですみません」と滑り込み受付に診察券を提示すると「10分前迄に来院をお願いしてるんです、ちょっと診察できるか分かりません…、聞いて来ますが、これからは17時50分まで入るようにしてください」受付で注意されました。知らなかったので申し訳なく、お詫びしました。待合室で待たされること5〜10分、診察室から出てこられたのは2名の製薬会社の方でした。先生は「お待たせしてすみません」と仰って快く診察して下さいました。有り難かったです。待つのも構わないんです。ただ…会計時です。説明なしにいきなり時間外加算をつけるのはおかしくないですか？ホームページにも受付時間は18時となっていますし、10分前に入るようにとの文言もありません。今まで注意された事もありませんでした。18時迄にと急いで走ってこの対応には落胆しました。
