★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段同じような業務しか行っていないせいか、慣れていない業務や、要望があった場合の対応がまったくできない。こちらの要望は難しいものではなかったが、会話がスムーズにいかず、何度も聞き返される事に少しストレスを感じた。結果、必要書類が揃わず、後日、残りの書類を申請に再度行くことにした。以前も、別件だったが、こういった需要の少ない申請で間違いがあったり、とても嫌な思いをした経験がある。なにかミスがあれば、電話や対面で謝るのみ。これから複雑な申請や需要のない書類を取得しに行く方は、その点を注意したほうがいいと思う。
