ゆ	ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おせちを頼みました。今まで3,4回おせちを頼んだり、店内飲食もしたことがありますが、今年のおせちと、それに対するお店の対応がひどかったです。来年からは別のお店にします。なますと栗きんとんが、カビだらけの洗濯機のような匂いと変な味がし、明らかに傷んでいたので、2022/1/1に電話で連絡しました。「昨日作ったので痛んでいるはずはないが、本日は休みなので明日確認する」と返答受けました。その数時間後に電話をいただき、「店で調べたら傷んでいた。忙しいのですぐに行けないかもしれないが、1月中にお料理をお持ちする」と回答があり、2022/1/4に料理が届きました。届いた料理は、新しく作った同量のなますと栗きんとんでした。三が日を過ぎて新しいおせちをもらっても困ります。お詫びのお品ということではなく、おせちを届けるというのは、悪い意味で斬新だと感じました。電話口では「忙しいのですぐに行けないかもしれないが1月中」と言っていたので、なおのこと、おせちが改めて届くとは思っていなかったです。お客の気持ちや時節、心配りのわからないお店なんだなと残念でした。期待し過ぎましたかね。 I asked for New Year dishes.
