初めてでも何とかお蕎麦も茹で上がり、茹でたてをその場で戴くと、美味しい！
まぁ、半分は先生が助けてくれたお陰では有りますが。
自分の打ったお蕎麦を食べた後に、先生が打たれたお蕎麦を頂いて、奥の深さが実感できました。
約3時間の体験時間は非常に有意義な時間になりました。
残ったお蕎麦はお土産として頂き、お値段以上の満足感でした。
いつか、自分で打ったお蕎麦で年越し蕎麦を作れるようになる為に、また体験させて貰いたいと思ってます。
It was my first experience of making soba noodles.
Even for the first time, the soba is boiled and it is delicious if you have it freshly boiled on the spot!
Well, half of it is thanks to the teacher's help.
After eating the soba that I struck, I got the soba that the teacher struck, and I was able to feel the depth of the depth.
The experience time of about 3 hours became a very meaningful time.
The remaining soba was a souvenir, and I was more than satisfied with the price.
Someday, I would like to experience it again so that I can make Toshikoshi soba with my own soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千葉で唯一とおもいますが蕎麦打ち体験できる工房です。御主人の絶妙なトークと丁寧な蕎麦打ちの説明がとても良いです。何回も通いたくなりますね。
蕎麦の試食だけで無く自分の畑でとれた野菜の漬け物やその他色々と出してくれるので。本当自分の家で寛いでいるような気分で体験できます。
素晴らしいです。
It is the only studio in Chiba where you can experience soba noodle making. The master's exquisite talk and polite soba noodle explanation are very good. You will want to go many times.
They serve not only buckwheat tasting but also pickled vegetables picked in your own fields and other things. You can experience it as if you were really relaxing at your own home.
