T	T O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銚子のイオンで食事をするならこのお店。アルバイト等がレシピ通りに調理している一般的なフードコートの１テナントと思いきや、いやいや、横浜中華街から出店しているその道の料理人が手腕を振るう良店だ。本日は海老マヨチャーハンの大盛を頼む事に。このチャーハンだが良い意味で癖になるあっさりと、しかし旨味を閉じ込めた逸品だ。海老マヨも良い。普通のマヨでは無くやや甘味がある素晴らしい味付けでチャーハンのご飯に良く合う。付け合わせのスープも良い。トマトが入ったとろみがあるスープで外食では濃い味付けが多い中、薄口傾向だが、スッと入って行くコクがあるスープ。家の近くにあったら毎日通いたくなるお店。近く寄りましたらまた利用させて頂きます。ご馳走さまでした。 If you want to eat at Choshi's Aeon, this is the place to go.
