水泳初心者から上級者までとても良い意味で、モチベーション等つきます。
そして励みや自信がつきます。
良い制度だと思いますが、一つがっかりした事があります。
水泳教師という資格が、昔は国家資格でしたね。それが今現在は、公認資格です。
それは資格を取得された方は残念だと思います。
その事より、何故検定合格者、特に10段の方のせいになるのでしょうか？
国家資格が公認資格になってショックなのはわかりますが、電話口で、「お前のような奴が10段だから、公認なったんだ❗️」と協会の男性にいわれた時は私の方もショックでしたね。
数年前の事ですが覚えています。

From beginners to advanced swimmers, it is very motivating.

I think it's a good system, but one thing I was disappointed with.
The qualification of a swimming teacher used to be a national qualification. That is now an official qualification.
