Z	Zensin Sugawara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比較的最近に建てられた、造りが近代的な風情の神社。典型的な神社のように森の中にあるわけではなく、道路に面した、玉砂利を敷いた敷地の中にこぢんまりと祀られており、ご高齢の方もお参りしやすいと思う。拝殿の中には御祭神の像が祀られていて、近隣の神社では珍しいように思う（よそでは獅子舞の頭とか、そもそも目のつく所にお祀りしていない）。賽銭箱には、大祓祝詞を御前神社用にアレンジしたと思われる祝詞が貼ってあり、敬神や宣布の念に厚い神職さんなのだろうと思いつつ、家内安全と天下太平を願って唱えてきた。最近、海を挟んだ川口神社の御朱印もいただけるようになったが、御前神社じたいがその辺りから引っ越してきたと記憶している。神職の方は親切。社務所もきれいである。今年はコロナ対策で氏子は参加できず形代での祓いだけだが、平時は、大祓の時は拝殿にあげてくれてお祓いし、敬神の道について講話してくださる。 A shrine with a modern feel, built relatively recently. 吉	吉田博史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平成7年にここに遷座されてすぐにお参りして以来、ずっとご無沙汰していた。先日5月14日、櫛引八幡宮にお参りしたら、神輿がトラックの荷台に積まれていた。知り合いの権禰宜さんにわけをお尋ねしたら、「御前さんに御浜入りされる神事なんです。毎年5月14日執り行われます。八幡様（応神天皇）が母君である息長帯姫命（おきながたらしひめのみこと～神功皇后）をお尋ねになる神事で、昔は徒歩のきらびやかな行列で行っていたのですが、現代では神輿はトラックの荷台で、露払いの先導車と後衛の禰宜の乗用車にまもられての渡御としています」由。この齢になるまで存じ上げなかった。その話をお聞きして御前神社にしばらくお参りしていないことを思い出してお参りすることにした。御前神社の主神は住吉大神でそれに前出の息長帯姫命と武内宿禰命が祀られ、昔の湊駅跡の公園の一角にいかにも平和なたたずまいで鎮座なさる御前さん。神域はあるものの、境内は公園と隣接していることもあり、開放的な雰囲気はこの地になくてはならない聖域であるといえる。 I haven't been there since I was relocated here in 1995 and visited there immediately.
