★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前にこの施設に居ましたが、問題は山ほどあります。言葉を考えて個人的な感想は、もう少し、入居者と向き合い無駄の無い研修を願います。介護度低い入居者様のクレームや施設の評判の事だけでなく少しは、介護度高い入居者様の事を大事に考えてください。事務所から悪口や笑い声などで気分良くしない家族様の相談も残念ながら、受けました。あの頃より改善されている事を心から願ってます。
I was at this facility before, but there are a lot of problems. Thinking about the language and personal impressions, I hope that you will face the residents a little more and have a lean training. Please consider not only the complaints of residents with low nursing care and the reputation of the facility, but also the residents with high nursing care. Unfortunately, I also received a consultation from the office about a family member who did not feel good because of bad words and laughter. I sincerely hope that it has improved since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、母がお世話になっています。施設は新しく木目を生かした温かい雰囲気で掃除も行き届いて清潔です。どの職員さんも笑顔で優しく接してくれますし親切で感じがいいです。
部屋も明るくお風呂の設備も整っていて安心できる感じがしました。また地元の食材を使ったお料理が施設内で作られているとの事で、母はお食事がとても美味しいと喜んでいます。
Currently, my mother is indebted to me. The facility is clean and well-cleaned with a warm atmosphere that makes the most of the new wood grain. All the staff are smiling and kind, and they are kind and pleasant.
The room was bright and the bath facilities were well equipped, so I felt relieved. Also, it is said that dishes using local ingredients are prepared in the facility, and my mother is pleased that the food is very delicious.
