Even though I went at the time I booked, I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes, and it was intimidating all the time, so I could not help anything. Really unpleasant and a waste of time, I'll never go again.

Correspondence as an agent is extremely bad. Inquiries are faxed, so there is always no response even if faxed. Even if you have no choice but to contact the office staff, you will feel sick with apologetics.
