そして映画のグッズを取りに行く日だったので行ってレシートを見せたらこれはよやくしたその日に支払わないとダメですねと言われました。私はそのことに気づかず予約した日に支払うのを忘れてしまいました。
そしてこれはダメなんですか??貰えないんですか??と聞くとレジが通りません。コードの番号がわかったら呼んでください。とまるで他人事のように言っていました。でも番号が分からなかったので、じゃあわかりました。と私が言ってそして最後にじゃあ無理なんだねと私と一緒に貰いに来た家族と話していると次のお客様がいるのでいいですか??と言ってそして最後には謝りもせずにありがとうございましたもなくキョトンと悪いと思っていないような顔をしていました。
そして私達はお店から出てきました。対応は最低最悪です。こんな店二度と行きたくないです。
星は私からすると0です。
その接客をした人は店長と書いてあり、名前はこまつとかいてありました。その人は店長なのに他の従業員よりも1番態度が悪いです。反省してほしいです。長文失礼しました。
