★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四年ほど前にお世話になった時は本当に親切な方に接客され、終始一生懸命に説明、物件のポイント、周辺の案内までしてもらって、感謝しかなく、今回の引っ越しも〟絶対ここで！〝と思ったのが大間違いでした。
店員同士の馴れ合い、メリハリのなさ、やる気のなさ、お客の足元見ての物件案内、引っ越しした先でも、汚い、ペンキ塗り忘れ、ゴミを放置、窓が壊れている、照明まで付いていない。なのに、家賃は紹介された中で一番高い。
バカにするにもほどがありますよ、、
その後謝罪や、こちらを気にする電話すらして来ない店長。上がこれなら仕方ないな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40代男性スタッフの横柄さには驚かされました。これまで10店舗くらいの不動産屋さんを訪れましたが、ここまで横柄な人はいませんでした。
経験年数が15年以上と長いことが自信のようですが、間違いなく入社5年目くらいの若手スタッフの方が誠実で有益な情報を提供してくれます。
2度とそのスタッフがいる店舗には、今後の異動先も含めて、お世話にならないと決心しました。

悪評を書かれている、４０代スタッフの方に、自分も対応されました。再三、足を運び、借りる気になっていた物件で、築５０年の物件でしたので、修理等、あとは大家さんとのすり合わせで双方の歩み寄りの段階でしたのに、２日、連絡なしで、掛かってきた！と思ったら、『他の方に決まりました』とのこと。
…ゴミ捨て場の件も、他の方が書いていたのと同様、『役所で調べて貰えば』などど、前代未聞の対応。そして、驚いたことに、よーく名刺を見たら、その方、店長でした！！！…言葉、失いました。費やした時間を返してほしい。
