★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Minimini Irinaka shop (ミニミニいりなか店) very cordial and supportive to international students in Nagoya, whereas I found some other shops are in reverse. Particularly, I would like to mention Dan san's name, proficient in English speaking, and has a very prosocial, trustworthy, and cordial personality. I think the non-Japanese speaker will look for such help, especially when just arrived in Japan for the first time and need a private apartment.
I recommend ミニミニいりなか店 not only for the best quality service but also for offering English conversation to make the contract/deed comprehensible to the non-native Japanese. I would like to take their service again if I revisit Nagoya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got very good service especiallu by Dan San. Dan San give a very coordial and helpful attitude especially who can't speak Japanese well. I will recommend to contact with minimini here even you can't speak Japanese well. Because they are providing good assiatnce to Non native speaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one that is in charge of me when i was looking for my apartment is Ikeda-san. He is very kind and detailed in explaining the pros and cons of each apartment. I highly recommend here for foreigners because i heard that there is a staff that can speak english as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very recommended for people who are not proficient in Japanese. Ask for Dan-san; he can speak English, is very kind, trustworthy, and will help you to understand everything needed and to do procedures that can be complicated (like contracting an electricity provider, for example).
The main downside are the very elevated one-time fees for renting an apartment, and they do not even cover a proper cleanup of the veranda before you go in. However, this seems to be the norm with any real estate agency.
Edit: MiniMini offered to clean the veranda too.
