★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理に出したものの数日後にまた不具合が生じ、別の正規ディーラーで点検してもらった所、他の箇所も修理しないと乗れないとのこと。
修理も長期間だったのにも関わらず代車の提案もなく困りました。
接客も悪く、もう大事な車を任せたくありません。
Although it was sent for repair, a problem occurred again a few days later, and when I had it inspected by another authorized dealer, I heard that I could not ride unless I also repaired other parts.
Even though the repair was a long time, I was in trouble without a proposal for a substitute car.
The customer service is poor and I don't want to leave my important car anymore.

洗車とかサービスですよね。普通。MINIのコンセプトじゃないですか？もっと喜んで欲しいからってさ。パンフに書いてある。
でも、洗車なしでした。
洗車してあったとしても、手抜きです。
冬タイヤ預けての交換で2万4000円ですよ。
担当者に後できいたら、タイヤ交換だけでは洗車はサービスして貰えないんだって。
国産車とかのディーラーのが、サービスもお値段もお手ごろだよ。
MINIに乗りたかったから我慢だけど、こんなものなのかなぁ。この店舗だけですかね。
サービスセンターに問い合わせてみようと思ってる。
