自然薯をあしらった蕎麦は温蕎麦のみの設定です。
田舎の家に来たような懐かしい雰囲気と店内のなんとも言えない古めかしい家屋の匂い。素朴な味わいの蕎麦と相まって、穏やかに食事できるのではないかと思います。
味わいは関西寄りの味付けです。お出汁と蕎麦の相性もよく、美味しかったです。
The shop is located on the prefectural border between Fukui and Shiga, and it is easy to get in and out of the car.
Soba with natural yam is only available for hot soba.
The nostalgic atmosphere of a country house and the scent of an old-fashioned house inside the store. I think that you can eat calmly with the simple taste of soba.
The taste is closer to Kansai. The soup stock and soba went well together and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長浜と敦賀の境にある蕎麦屋。定食もあり、とろろそばが名物みたいだがおろしそばも辛味大根がきいててなかなか美味しかった。茅葺き屋根の店で中がひろく、椅子の席も畳の席もあり、庭を眺めながらくつろげる。展示品も興味深く、店の人も愛想良いし、また寄りたい。
A soba restaurant on the border between Nagahama and Tsuruga. There is also a set meal, and tororo soba seems to be a specialty, but the grated soba also had spicy radish and was quite delicious. The thatched-roof shop has a large interior, and there are chair seats and tatami seats, so you can relax while looking out at the garden. The exhibits are interesting, the shop staff are friendly, and I want to stop by again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いい雰囲気なお店。店員さんは丁寧な対応。きのこそばを注文しました。きのこたっぷり(よくあるのは、きのこ、、、、っていうものばかりで、、)、とろろ入りでとても美味しくいただきました。
座った席からは、年の頃5歳くらいの男の子も見入るような、手入れされたすてきな庭を楽しめました。
A shop with a nice atmosphere. The clerk is polite. I ordered mushroom soba. It was very delicious with plenty of mushrooms (the most common ones are mushrooms ...) and tororo.
From the seats I sat down, I enjoyed a nice and well-maintained garden that even a boy about 5 years old could see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暖かい蕎麦が食べたくなり訪問。蕎麦はアツアツで大変おいしかった。自分の祖母は非常に料理がマメで、料理の出汁もしっかりとる人だった。その祖母が作った蕎麦に近い味だった。わたしの生家は茅葺屋根だった。古い民家を改装したお店のしつらえもあり懐かしい雰囲気に浸った。関西で食べる蕎麦とはちょっと違う味だった。つゆが味がやや強い。しかし蕎麦はこれでいい。関西の蕎麦はちょっとしらばっくれた味なのかもしれない。
福井と滋賀の県境付近の福井側にある。店内は民芸茶屋といだけあって、古い伝統的な日本の民家(それも庄屋クラス)を改築したような雰囲気で落ち着く。お店の方も感じがよかった。敦賀に行く時によく店の前を通っていた。県境にポツンとあるお店なので目立つ。いつもお客のものと思える車が止まっていた。美味しいから当然だな、と納得。ぜひまた行きたいお店。
I visited because I wanted to eat warm soba. The soba was hot and very delicious. My grandmother was a very good cook and a good broth for cooking. It tasted like soba made by her grandmother. My birthplace was a thatched roof. I was immersed in a nostalgic atmosphere with the arrangement of the shop which was renovated from an old private house. It tasted a little different from the soba you eat in Kansai. The soup has a slightly strong taste. However, this is fine for soba. The soba noodles in Kansai may have a slightly savory taste.
It is on the Fukui side near the prefectural border between Fukui and Shiga. The inside of the store is just like a folk art teahouse, and it feels like a renovation of an old traditional Japanese private house (also Shoya class). The shop was also nice. I used to pass in front of the store when I went to Tsuruga. It stands out because it is a shop on the prefectural border. The car that seemed to belong to the customer was always stopped. I am convinced that it is natural because it is delicious. A shop you definitely want to visit again.

12時半ごろでしたが、すぐに入れました。
スタッフさんも愛想が良く、気持ち良い接客。
お店の雰囲気も古民家でとても良い。お庭も見れて素敵でした。
とろろ定食を頼みました。
提供も早く、とろろもとても美味しい。
支払いは確か現金のみ。
価格もリーズナブル。
席は座敷とテーブルがあります。
また、行きたいと思います。

The staff are also friendly and pleasant to serve customers.
The atmosphere of the shop is also very good in an old folk house. It was nice to see the garden.

Served quickly and the tororo is very delicious.
Payment is certainly cash only.
The price is also reasonable.
The seats have a tatami room and a table.

平野部では体温並みの外気温でしたが、ここは涼しい高原の雰囲気
とろろ蕎麦が推しのようですが、欲張りにもとろろが入ったきのこそばを選択。
たっぷりのとろろときのこに満足です?
ちなみに画像は大盛りです。
かなりお腹いっぱいになります✌️
名古屋の味の濃さになれてると若干薄め?とも思いますが、素材の味が生きてて良い塩梅です。
ツーリングのお昼にもオススメです。

ただ、個人的にはちょっと苦手な雰囲気。
独特な匂いと古い民芸品に囲まれ食すそばは美味しい、とは言い難かった…。
とはいえ、好きな人は好きだろうな、とは感じました。
窓から見える景色が綺麗でした。

However, I personally don't like the atmosphere.
Surrounded by unique smells and old folk crafts, it was hard to say that the soba that was eaten was delicious.
However, I felt that people who like it would like it.
