井	井上美由紀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋の健康診断から案内の葉書が届かなくなりました。きちんと宛先も受付にお伝えしているのにどうしてですか？ちゃんと受付の人仕事してます？秋の健康診断の葉書が届かなかった時に電話したら「送った」の一点張り。ちゃんと送ったんですか？送ったら届くはずでしょう？持病がある子なので健康診断をとても頼りにしていたのに… ほんと残念です。追記です。院長様よりご説明頂き、納得致しました。秋にお電話した時には一切そのような説明もなされませんでした…… ワクチン接種は別の病院で受けておりますので、リストから外されてしまっているようですね。ただ、今の持病はミネルバさんでずっとみていただいているのと、様子見という所見ですので、年２回の健康診断を大変頼りにしています。できれば、ワクチンをそちらで受けていなくても健康診断の案内を今後とも送っていただきたく思います。幸い、今回２回目に電話対応してくださった看護師さんのお陰で葉書が届きましたので、折を見てまた健康診断に伺いたいと思います。こちらこそ今後ともどうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。ありがとうございました。 I haven't received the postcard from the autumn health checkup.
