矛盾と伝達の行き届いて居ない店舗。
一体どのような教育をしてるのか。不思議でなりません。
オートバックス本社へ苦情入れますね。
レジ応対の年配男性の方、接客態度改めないと向いてませんよ

タイヤ預りの倉庫出庫がこの店舗しかできないというので、断念。
せめて近隣オートバックスはどこでも可能、と連携がとれるといいですね…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換でよく利用します。大体ネット予約してから行くのですが、受付時にキーを預けたり預けずに後から自分でピットまでクルマを入れに行ったり、その時々で対応はまちまちです。店員によっては色々他の商品を売り付けて来たりもするのでその辺は結構鬱陶しいです。ピット作業は殆ど外国人の方がされてる様で、それは問題無いと思うのですが、コミュニケーションの面で多少不安な点はありますねぇ～。前回オイル交換した時にカバーを付け忘れたとかで帰って来てからTELがありました。もう一度来店し、ピットで付け忘れたカバーを見せてもらったのですが、想像してた物より大きく、あんな物付け忘れるなんて相当どんくさいなぁと思いました。まぁ、普段目にする場所じゃないので店が申告しなければ私はまず気付かないと思いますし、今回店が正直に申告してきてるのでその辺は一応評価しますが・・・。過去何度もこの店でオイル交換してますが、初めての事だったので運が悪かったと諦めました。その時対応した店員にも言ったのですが、作業者以外の人が必ず最後にチェックする様にすればこういったミスは殆ど防げると思います。私は利便性を考えてこれからも利用すると思いますが、気になる方はディーラーで交換された方が良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約時間前に到着してしまいましたが、快く対応してくださいました。年配の男性でしたが丁寧で気持ちの良い接客でした。ただ到着時ピットからヘラヘラふざけた笑い声がしていて、ちゃんと車を見てもらえるのか少し心配になりました。

物品を買う場合は八潮店に行きましょう。
他の方も言っていますがレジ担当の年配男性の対応が酷いです。
前日に買ったホルツのスプレー塗料を完全未使用、未開封状態で返品に行きましたが断られました。
交換はできるが返品はできないとのこと。
オートバックス八潮店では同じくホルツスプレー塗料多数(サフェーサーなど含め)を返品できました(約13,000円分)。
年配男性の店員さんに先程八潮店で返品できたのですが、と言ってみましたが「返品はできない」の一点張りでした。スプレー塗料ということでこの後まるで使い道がないので返品できなくて残念です。ピット等は利用していないのでわかりませんが、物品を買うなら八潮店に行きましょう。ちなみに八潮店の接客(男性店員さん)や返品対応(女性店員さん)は非常に親切で気持ちの良いものでした。

お手上げ状態になり藁にもすがる思いでこちらへ伺いました?
対応してくださった40代ぐらいの男女の店員さん達がとても親切で、予約もしてなかったのに嫌な顔一つせずすぐに見てくださり、無事に取り付けていただきました?♀️(そしてこれはお店への迷惑になってしまわないかと思い、書くか書かないかで迷ったのですが無料でやって頂いたんです?)
その際に「これから子供関連でお金がかかるから
今回は代金はいいですよ」「無事に元気な子を生んできてください」と言ってもらえたんです。
妊娠中、世間の冷たさを感じることが多々あり
こんな風に言ってくださったお二人の接客は
本当に暖かくて私も主人も感謝しかありません。
その後無事に出産し、退院した際に使用しましたが
やはりプロの方に付けてもらった安心感もあったこと、そして今でもこのシートを見るとお二人のあったかい接客を思い出して嬉しくなります?
4月に車検があるので、主人はここをまた利用したいと言っていました。
あの時の店員さんが口コミを見ているか分かりませんが、本当にありがとうございました?♀️
