その為、「事務所」というくくりよりも、依頼する弁護士によって方針や進め方が変わると考えたほうが良いと思われます。
私からは海老名弁護士についての投稿をさせていただきます。
日頃から、法律業務のお願いや弊社のクライアントをご紹介をさせていただいておりますが、案件金額の多寡に関係なく、いつも全力で一所懸命やっていただいており、大変感謝しております。
土日対応していない弁護士事務所もありますが、極力スケジュールの調整をしてくださいますし、最善、最短で結果を出す為の提案をしていただく所も非常にありがたく感じております。

Therefore, it is better to think that the policy and the way of proceeding will change depending on the lawyer you request, rather than the "office".

We are always requesting legal work and introducing our clients, but we are very grateful that we are always doing our best regardless of the amount of the project.
Some law firms do not support Saturdays and Sundays, but we would appreciate it if you could adjust the schedule as much as possible and make suggestions for the best and shortest results.

顧問弁護士をお願いする事になってから、売掛金の回収、交通事故案件、社内労務問題とクレーマー対応のアドバイスと解決まで導いてもらいました。
弁護士費用が氣になるところではありましたが、とても良心的で驚きました。
弁護士費用は基準も良くわからなく、相談し辛い感じはしてましたが、実際に依頼してわかったのは、相手からの全ての訴えがその通り実現するとは限らなく、その訴えにも指摘箇所はたくさんあり、弁護士さんに依頼すれば、弁護士費用分くらい浮く事があるのだということを初めて体験しました。
仕事が多くなると問題も増えますが、法律的に分からない事があれば引き続きお願い致します。
