ちゃんと写真屋さんで撮った方が安くて良い写真が残せます。データ渡しなんかは今は無料の所も多いです。
行事ごとなので、先に分かってないと言いなりに支払うしかなくなります。

あまりにもひどい電話の対応（例えば複数の質問をしても「確認するのでお待ちください/かけなおします。」と言って待っていると一つ目の質問への回答にしか対応してくださらないため、時間が取られる）や、他店との情報共有ができていないため、その皺寄せをモロに受けてしまうことになるので、少し迷惑でした。
また出来上がったアルバム写真も、個人の携帯で撮ったような出来で、画像の調整過程で着物の色味も若干写真によって異なっているところもありました。プロの仕上げではないので、特別この系列のお店で成人式の予約をする必要はないように感じました。

着物選びまでは楽しくしましたが前撮り、式当日は本当に酷いものでした。
着付のおばさまの罵りあいや何人待ってると思ってるの！の怒鳴り声、ヘアメイクは5分で席を立たされ仕事がされてない状況なのにスタッフで圧をかけ了承のサインをさせられました。本当に後悔しかないです。
アルバムには追加で10万払いましたが着付けの不備や壊れた備品をそのまま撮影。悲しい思いをしたと連絡したら「今更もういいだろ」的な事を本社の方より返信され、アルバムの修正もやると言ったことがなされていない始末。
消費者センターへも訴えるつもりです。オンディーヌは最悪です。絶対ほかのお店を選んだ方が良いです。

I will also appeal to the consumer center. Ondine is the worst. You should definitely choose another store.
