とても複雑な状況に対して、他の機関への連絡の仕方、申請方法等含めとても親切に教えて下さいました。一人一人へ真摯な対応をされているから、なかなか繋がらないのだと思います。
不親切で横柄な対応より、素晴らしいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険証の件で確認したくて電話してもまったく繋がらなかったのですが、諦めずに20分ほどかけ続けたらやっとつながって、繋がったあともベルはなれど出てくれなくて、それでもやっとつながったので諦めずに鳴らし続けてたら「お待たせしてもうしわけありません健保協会です」と丁寧に出てくれました。そしてすごく丁寧に教えてくださり助かりました。人が足りないのかもしれませんが丁寧に対応してくれました。

電 話 が 繋 が れ ば。
1日2時間、20回程荷電、２日間ほど続けてるけど
コールどころか通話中で話すチャンスさえ無い。
電話番の人1人ですか？大変ですね。
体調悪い中窓口まで直接行った方がいいですか？
何のための保険ですか？
困った時の保険じゃないんですか？
これ以上労力と時間使えないのでもう結構です。

女性の担当者でしたが、親切丁寧＆的確に説明して頂けましたし、
こちらの要望以上のアドバイスも頂き感謝しております(*^｡^*)
また、新型コロナウイルス対策はしっかり出来ていました。
紙ベースの郵便のやりとりで、ほとんど問題なく済むことなんですが、
取り急ぎ電話で早く安心したいって方からしてみれば、繋がらない不満は
限られた予算(皆のお金)で運用しているので、悩ましいところですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ありえないほど電話がつながりません。口コミでも皆さん記載しているので、対応した方がいいです。あまりにもつながらないので、HPに載っている別の保険対応用の電話番号にかけたら、現在使われておりません、のアナウンスでした。どうなってるんでしょう…。何回もかけてやっと出た後の電話対応はとても良かったです。

また、支部所在地まで出向いても事務処理は迅速に行っていただけます。
支部所在地は入口が分かりづらいかもしれません。横浜美術館を真向かいに面した場所にタワーへの専用正面玄関があります。そちらより入場し、右手低層階用エレベーターにて９階へ。
