田	田中 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝から入って上がり時間から休憩。からの残業全く意味のわからない会社でした作業途中で挟むのが休憩だと思っていたのですが、斬新すぎてついて行けませんでした新人教育も担当の方がダメ！ダメ！の連続で精神的に追い詰められ寝ることが出来なくなりました(苦笑) 朝イチから作業1人でやらせる(監視付き)癖に自分はトイレ(多分タバコ)休憩を午前中だけで5回以上も行くとか(苦笑) 今はプルームテックとか臭わないタバコ増えてきましたからね。吸ってたかどうかはわかりませんが笑このままいたら精神的にやられると思い退職しましたが、彼がいる限り何も変わらないでしょうね。そして教育のシステムも〇〇はダメ！！！ではなく〇〇はこうして！の方が受ける側は納得出来ると思いますよ。ダメダメって子供しつけてるんじゃ無いんだから言われる側に立って下さい。大人になってください。 Enter from the morning and take a break from time.
