The place is comfortable and quiet, there are free washing machine facilities. The public bathroom is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも食堂利用しています。定食２種類と丼物(or麺物、ご飯物)の日替わりですが、近隣の類似食堂より少しお値段もお手頃、そして海鮮料理も多くヘルシーな印象です。
たまに、「秋の栗ごはん祭り」「小鉢ビュッフェ」などサプライズでスペシャルメニューをやってくださるのも嬉しい。
食堂内は天井が高く、大きなガラス張りの窓から太陽光がさんさんと入ってくるのでとても気持ちがいいです。玄関にいる守衛さんはいつもご挨拶して下さり、気持ちが良いです。
I always use the cafeteria. There are two types of set meals and daily dishes (or noodles, rice), but it is a little more affordable than a similar restaurant in the neighborhood, and there are many seafood dishes that are healthy.
Occasionally, I am happy to have a special menu with surprises such as “Autumn Chestnut Rice Festival” and “Kobachi Buffet”.
The cafeteria has a high ceiling, and the sunlight enters from the large glass windows. The guard at the entrance always greets me and feels good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 研修中にこちらに宿泊しました。警備員さんの対応も良く、お部屋もきれいで快適でした。ドライヤーは警備員室で貸してくれます。
Stayed here during the training. The security guards were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Hair dryers will be rented in the security room.

The atmosphere, the hospitality and also all the facility on this place was indeed very satisfactory and awesome. I highly recommend people who wish for a good place to stay and yet easily accessible from the city but looking for a quieter place to rest your head on a busy day. Cheers from Indonesia
