珍	珍獣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船橋で、正確な創業がいつかはわかりませんが、おそらく10年くらいは続いている、地域住民から愛されているお店です。薪窯焼きのナポリピッツァの店でありながら、マリナーラ600円からという驚きの価格設定で、加えてスパゲッティやリゾットまでやっているのだから、本当に営業まわっているのかと心配になります。しかし、実際に支持され続いているのだから大したものです。窯の温度はかなり高めのようで、ピッツァの焼きも強め。表面はサクっとしているのですが、生地は不思議な柔らかさ。ナポリピッツァといえばもちもちしていることが多いので、この柔らかさは未体験というか、他店では味わったことのない不思議な感じです。チーズはモッツァレラ100%ではなく、おそらく市販のピザ用ミックスチーズ的なものも混ぜて使われていると思われますが、全体のバランス感が良く生地もおいしいので、十分に満足できます。純粋に味だけを評価するのであれば、もっとおいしい店は他にあると思います。しかし、これだけ価格をおさえ、ファミリー層などでも入りやすい気さくな雰囲気を作りながらこのクオリティに仕上げているというのは、ただごとではないと感じます。ご主人の人柄と経営努力の賜物でしょう。おいしいピッツァ店を探すのには苦労しない時代になりましたが、焼いている人の人柄まで感じ、感服することのできるピッツァとの出会いは、やはり稀だし特別なものです。ごちそうさまでした。 I don't know when it was founded in Funabashi, but it's probably been around for 10 years and is loved by locals. y	yuji saito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船橋駅からは離れてるが、この近くへ行く機会がありチャンスだったのでいざ来店。地元のイタリアンってイメージかな？ 13時を過ぎた頃ですが、すぐに案内出来る状態でした。メニューが凄く豊富でどれにしようか悩むくらいでしたが、まずはその日のオススメだった日替わりでパスタとドリンクのセットを注文。ドリンクはおかわり自由でびっくりしました！運ばれてきたこの豚肉とほうれん草とさつま芋のクリームパスタが程よいゆで加減の麺と絡んでとても美味しい！お腹いっぱいになりそうだったが、この機会にと思い、ピザのマルゲリータ小さいのも注文。生地もモチモチしてて美味しい！！美味しくてリーズナブルなのが凄い。友人も誘ってここでワインとか呑みたいな～。次回も食べにきます！ It's far from Funabashi station, but I had a chance to go near here, so I came to the store.
