ゆ	ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国民健康保険の手続きで数ヶ月前うかがったときは、とても丁寧でわかりやすい対応でした。変更手続きが必要だとのことで、15番窓口へ通知書をもっていったのですが、健康保険書は？と聞かれ、そういえば郵送で届いたものをお持ちくださいと言われたが家に届いてなく…。その旨を伝えたところ、食い気味に郵送はありえないですねえ、現在どうなっているか隣の窓口に聞いてみたらどうですか？と大声で嫌味な笑顔を浮かべて言われました。またこのおじさんに対応してもらうのは嫌だったので、とりあえず帰宅しましたが、その後簡易書留で健康保険書が届きました…。間違ってることを堂々と言いきられ、嫌な気持ちになりました。 When I visited the National Health Insurance procedure a few months ago, it was very polite and easy to understand.
