こちらもよくわからない道なのに道案内したら間違い、それに対して舌打ちや文句を言ってくるなどし非常に不快な思いをした。
またそれに対しての苦情をみなとタクシーのお客様センターのようなところに電話を掛けたが、ここも態度が悪くまともに対応はされなかった。
客を客だとは思っていない会社だと思う。このようなタクシーには2度と乗りたいとは思わない。
