園の方は先生が多く、園児たちが毎日楽しそうにしています。
評判が良いので人気園みたいですね。

せめて、話を聴く態勢だけでもされたらいかがでしょうか？
要望に対して、園の方針だからと何でも頭ごなしに否定して、納得しないなら退園を求められます。
他の先生方はこどもたちのことを思って接してくださるだけにとても残念です。
