★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも、愛犬がお世話になってます。皆さんが動物好きなのが分かるし、清潔だし 安心してお任せしてます。
駐車場が少ないのと道が狭いので、車で行くときは気を付けてます。

仙台駅から近くて便利です。
預けてから26時間まで一泊料金なのもグッド。
滞在中はお店のブログに様子を記載してもらえます。我が家のイタグレも登場しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台訪問時はいつもペットホテルを利用させて頂いてます。ケージレスなので我家の愛犬には良いと思われます。
ブログで愛犬の様子も見れるので嬉しいです。ただ、以前は夕方にも更新していたのが日中だけのUPになり少し残念です。
Whenever I visit Sendai, I always use a pet hotel. Since it is cageless, it seems to be good for my dog.
I am happy that I can see my dog on the blog. However, it was a bit disappointing that I used to update in the evening only during the daytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなにひどいサロンは初めてです。
飼い主さん、本当に気をつけてください。
我が家のチワワのシャンプーカットをお願いしましたが、両手両足の合計7本の爪から出血して帰ってきました。
説明も謝罪もナシです。
更に、お迎えのときに中の様子を見たら、預かりのワンちゃん(狭い檻の中にいる)に対して、中のトリマーさんたち3人が「マジでバカ」「ウケるんだけど」「噛もうとしてんじゃねーよ(笑)」と笑いながら突っつき回していて。。。本当に背筋が凍りました。
なにやらケータイで預かりのワンちゃんたちの写真も撮っていましたが、笑って罵声を浴びせながら(「ブサイク～、ウケる」)とかの撮影で、本当に怖かったです。
とりあえず、何があっても二度と利用しません。

スタッフさんも明るく笑顔の感じの良い方ばかりで、動物が好きな感じがよく伝わります。
トリミングはもちろんきれいにやってくれますし、送迎サービスもついているので楽チンです(^^)
お泊まりも受け付け時間が長いのですごく助かってます！
預けている間の様子はブログで見れるので安心できますし、何より愛犬が楽しそうにしてる姿を見ると、スタッフさん達によくしてもらってるんだなぁと(^^)
利用しやすさも、サービスの品質も、全て満点です！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ前に一度お試しに預けてみましたが、ケージフリーでその時は時期的にワンちゃんの数が多すぎて我が家の子は落ち着けずダメでした
丁寧にお断りされてしまったので他を探しました
今思い返してみれば私自身も預けるのが初めてで勝手が分からず、我が家の子も初めてだったので他のワンちゃんの鳴き声に腰が引けてました
それを抱っこするわけでもなく強引にリードで引きずっていった店員さん…
預けなくて正解だったのかななんて今では思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛犬をホテルに預けて迎えに行った際、隅っこに一匹だけヒモで繋がれて過ごしていてとてもショックだった。店員からは何の説明もなく、こちらから尋ねないとヒモで繋がれていた理由も教えてくれず、店側としては普通で当たり前に行われていることなんだと思った。愛犬は人も犬も大好きでマウンティングなどもしない犬だったが、店員からは他の犬に影響がある?からとかよくわからない説明をされた。飼い主がいないことをいいことに何をされてるかわからないのでもう怖くて預けられない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どうしても「お泊り」させなくてはならない時、夜に無人は考えられないと思って探したところ、見つけたのがワンダーランドさんでした。トリミングの前後も沢山のお友達と一緒にいられるのも魅力です。おかげで犬見知り?だった我子も一緒のスペースにいる事が出来るようになりました。泥シャンプーや炭酸泉温浴等など、我子もツヤツヤスッキリ!皆さん「わんちゃん好き」と云うのは勿論ですが、犬社会もキチンと理解しており、いつも躾面や健康面でも役に立つ情報を教えて下さいます。トリミングに行くときは尋常じゃない位ブルブル震えて居ますが、お店を出た途端に又戻ろうとするほど大好きなようです!
