く	くう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他県で鳥取へ行ったこともないにもかかわらず、こちらの会社から２回も銀行口座よりお金を取られました。（約６万８千円）原因は管理部の方が銀行口座の店番号打ち間違いとのこと。銀行側が口座番号と名義人の確認を怠ったことも一因ですが、そもそもこの会社のミスなのに、電話での謝罪があまりにもあっさりしていて驚きました。お金を返すからいいでしょうという印象でした。こちらは身に覚えのない引き落としで、原因を判明させるために約半日の時間を費やしたにもかかわらず、謝罪や対応は決して納得のいくものではありませんでした。 Despite never going to Tottori in other prefectures, I got money from this company twice from my bank account.
