十数年前に、母が何かで当てて貰ってきたのが最初。
その時食べて以来、結婚後の我が家の豚肉は、９割があさの豚です。
先日もバラ肉を６パック程購入し、その他にも肩ロースやロース、スペアリブなど１万円程買ってきて、使う量に小分けして冷凍します。
地方発送もして頂けるので、友人にはとんかつ用のロース肉を塊で送ったりもします。
こちらの要望に合わせた厚さで切り出してもくれるので、サムギョプサル用にバラ肉を厚く切ってもらったりします。
スーパーのバラ肉と金額的にも変わりなく、１００ｇ２２０円程です。
焼いたときの香りも良く、とても美味しい豚肉です。
