y	yuki gumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在アイワホームさんで家を建築予定で、打ち合わせなどをしていますが、口コミにあったような悪い評判とはかけ離れている印象です。なぜここで家を建てようかと思った理由は担当者の方がとても親切で親身になってくれるからです。レスポンスも早く、お家のことだけではなく、プライベートのことなどもたくさんお話しして下さいますし、子供のこともいつも気にかけてくれます。担当者の方だけではなく、事務の方達もいつも気さくに声をかけてくれて、気兼ねなく子供も連れていけるのでとても助かっています。担当者の方によって対応などは変わるのだとは思いますが、私はこちらに決めて良かったと思っていますし、家が建った後も繋がっていければいいなと思っています。資材などは限られてるところもあるのでやりたいことが出来ないところもあるかもしれませんが、どうにかやろうとしてくれる気持ちは感じます。少しでも、迷っている方やこれから家を建てる方達の参考になればいいなと思います。 Currently, Aiwa Home is planning to build a house, and we are having meetings, but it seems that it is far from the bad reputation that was in the word of mouth. Y	Yohei Seki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建築条件付き土地を購入し、設計から建築まで同社に依頼させて頂きました。自由設計で多くのワガママを聞いて頂きながら、予算内で理想の家が出来ました。自社一貫施工なので、営業から設計、工場、建築現場まで同社のスタッフの方が対応され、修正等スムーズに対応頂けます。アフターフォローを何度かすでに依頼していますが、地元工務店ですので、迅速に対応頂けて引き渡し後の不安も少ないです。こちらの口コミには悪い評判が多く最初は不安でしたが、小生はアイワさんを選んで良かったと思います。 We purchased land with construction conditions and asked the company from design to construction. H	Harutan Harukatsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アイワの条件付き自由設計で建てました。建具も標準だとクッソダサいのしか選べないし、洗面台、トイレも売れ残りを安く買ってんるですかね？何年前の？ってくらい使いにくい。洗面台、コンセントは1個しかありません。標準タイプの外壁塗装もテラテラ光って安もん臭さ全開。せめて正面だけでもALCのつなぎ目埋めるくらい普通はするんですけどね。ここでの仕様の打合せ、5回くらいしたけど全く共有されません。時間の無駄でした。建ってからもおかしな所が沢山目に付きました。アフターケアが充実？アフターケアをアイワに頼みたくないですね。建売のデザイン見たら分かると思うけどデザインセンスゼロ。吹田ではめっちゃ嫌われてる。オススメは出来ませんね。引っ越したいです。 Built with Aiwa's conditional free design. I had a meeting about the specifications here about 5 times, but they are not shared at all. It was a waste of time. Even after it was built, I noticed a lot of strange places. Full aftercare? I don't want to ask Aiwa for aftercare. As you can see from the design of the building, there is no design sense. I really hate it in Suita. I can't recommend it. I want to move.
t	toshi niro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に対応が良かったです。口コミも悪い評価もあるかもしれませんが、実際行ったら全然悪い様に感じられませんでした。紳士に対応してくれて、こちらの要望にもしっかり対応してくれました。地域密着型なので、アフターサービスの対応は早いので安心かと思います。口コミで判断するより自分の目で見て判断して良かったと思いました。 The correspondence was good overall. エ	エデンアザール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業含めてポンコツばかり。依頼した内容もちゃんと共有されないなど。数えきれないほどの不満あり。吹田でよく建てているが、仕事は大した仕事をしてるとは思えない。何度営業と仕様担当者を叱ったか分からないレベル。吹田で家を建てたくてもアイワはお勧めしない。建築関係の方や身内に建築関係の人が居る人であれば買っても大丈夫だと思う。 Only ponkotsu including sales.
