★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人事の人の”こなす”だけ、”説明文を読むだけ感”が学生側に伝わるような説明会は嫌でした。「僕らの会社を知ってください！こんないいところがあります！」という気持ちが伝わらないと、絶対に入りたいと思えない。入社後のギャップを無くすためにももう少し仕事内容がちゃんと説明できる人と話がしたかった。
I didn't like the briefing session where the students could feel the "just do" and "just read the explanation" of the personnel. If you don't get the feeling that "Know our company! There is such a good thing!", I definitely don't want to join. I wanted to talk to someone who could explain my work a little more in order to close the gap after joining the company.
