 Old-fashioned grocery stores are now scarce. A well-end meeting where locals gather. Recently, "Guesthouse Taiyodo" is scheduled to open nearby (scheduled to open in March 2019), and many customers from outside the prefecture have come to visit. Marumo Shoten is like a regional exchange hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しらびそ高原のキャンプ場に行く前に立ち寄りました。遠山郷への道中は食料品店が少ないので大変助かりました。自家製のなんばん(唐辛子味噌)を購入、一緒に買った野菜につけて食べました。とても美味しかったです。
I stopped by before going to the Shirabiso Highland campsite. There are few grocery stores on the way to Toyamago, so it was very helpful. I bought homemade nanban (chili miso) and ate it with the vegetables I bought together. It was very delicious.
