★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月連休前に行ったのが最後でした。
最期に食べたのは「肉吸い」
お出汁がシッカリとあって、呑んだ後にホッとする美味しさでした。
特に熊さん自家製果実酒がお気に入りでした♪
近所に素敵なお店が出来て嬉しかったのに。
コロナ禍で暫くお休みしていたら・・・
お店の備品が外に出されていて「ご自由にお持ちください」と貼紙
再開を待っていたのに本当に残念です。
熊さんお元気ですが？
何処かでお店再開してますか？
知っている人がいたら教えて下さい。

昨年の８月にオープンしたばかり！
脱サラして、居酒屋を始めたという！
座敷に、４人テーブルと、６人テーブルが二つ。
カウンターは、立ち飲み席になっていて、
２人ほど飲めます。
熊さんの風貌をした店主は、
とても陽気で、優しく、
彼の人望あってか、店主の昔ながらのお友達や、
近所の人たちなどで、賑わっていました！
達筆の毛筆で書かれたメニューには、
変わり種の創作料理がいっぱい！
どれも気になります！
まずは、きゅうりの塩もみ、酢タコで、
ビールを一杯！
おつまみは、300円〜と、コスパが良いですね！
こまい焼いただけ
その名の通り、こまいを焼いただけですが、
シンプルにうまい！
思わず、焼酎を注文してしまった！
三岳の前割り
前日から作っていたという、お湯割り！
とろみがあり、濃厚で、うまい！
豚ナンコツの梅煮
これは絶品！
トロトロになるまで煮込んである！
梅があることで、どこかサッパリするね！
これは、酒のお供にピッタリ！
猪肉の串焼き
弾力のある猪肉を塩と柚子胡椒でいただく！
クセが全くなく、美味しい！
〆の焼きそば
ピリっとした辛さが病みつきに！
一気に食べてしまったわ〜！
お酒も店主のこだわりがあってか、
ビール、白ワイン梅酒、ホット豆乳紅茶割り、
そして、三岳の前割り…
どれも美味しくいただきました！
あ〜、和むなぁ〜！
途中から座敷に寝転んでしまう始末…
お行儀が悪くてスミマセン…
気の合う仲間と美味しいお酒とツマミで、
のんびり過ごしました！
トイレには「嫁募集！」の貼紙が！
応募しようかしら！笑
