★ ★ ★ ★ ★ くせっ毛で、前髪はとくに分かれやすくて、それがコンプレックスですごくこだわりが強いのですが、改めてカウンセリングではきちんと説明を聞いてくださいました。なによりマンツーマンなので落ち着いて過ごせます!髪も質を見ながら痛まないように、状態に合わせて丁寧に施術をし、薬剤も調合してくださっているのか、くせも、乾燥やぱさつきも減って綺麗になってきたなと思います。初めてここまで長く伸ばしてあまり傷まずこれてます。市川の店舗からの異動で心斎橋店にきましたが、スタッフさんの対応は丁寧で、やっぱりディアーズが最高だなと、これからもお世話になろうと思ってます(^^)

カットが最悪だったので、他の美容室でやり直したところ、プロの美容師のカットとは思えないと驚かれました。
カットも最悪だけど、ストレートで髪の毛がチリチリになっていて、元の状態になるには1年以上かかると言われました。
担当者に施術中に気付かなかったのか、問い合わせたら気付かなかったと言われました。
髪質改善を謳ってて、あり得ない事だと思います。
料金の割にはスタッフのレベルが低すぎます。
こんなお店２度と行きたくないです。

私の髪質は、細く、くせ毛、痛みもあった状態で、かなりダメージもありましたが、今日で3回目で、かなり自分でも分かるくらいいい感じになって来ました。担当の方も親切丁寧で、マンツーマンなので安心です。
とりあえず半年後を楽しみに通わせていただきます^ ^
