★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気功断食5日目にホノルルマラソンを走りました。
30㎞まで順調に走れましたが、31㎞地点で左足の太ももの裏がつりかけて、ブレーキがかかってしまいました。そこから、歩いて走ってを繰り返し、ゴールにたどり着きました。
マラソンの後に中出先生に針をしてもらい、体をケアして頂きました。
おかげ様で、次の日は早朝からピンピンして活動することができ、ハワイの観光を満喫することができました。
左足のふとももの裏も全く違和感も残らず、とても感謝しています。
本当にありがとうございました。

 I ran Honolulu Marathon on the 5th day of Qigong Fasting.
I was able to run smoothly up to 30km, but at the 31km point the back of my left thigh was hanging and the brakes were applied. From there, I repeatedly walked and ran to reach the goal.
After the marathon, Dr. Nakade gave me a needle and took care of her body.
Thanks to you, the next day I was able to pin-pin from the early morning and enjoyed sightseeing in Hawaii.
I am very grateful that the back of the thighs on the left foot is completely uncomfortable.
I'm really thankful to you.
