聞くと、和室であれば入居の度に畳を交換してくださるそうですから、ハウスクリーニングには相当力を入れてらっしゃるようです。
大手の不動産仲介業者に比べ、初期費用も安く抑えられています。
ただ、案内してくれた妙齢の女性の対応が好きじゃないかな。別に予定が立て込んでいる訳でもないのに次、行きましょうかとゆっくり見学させてくれません。大手の洗練された対応に比べると、雑な態度だなと感じます。まあ、普通に暮らしていればそうそう関わることはありませんからその辺りは目を瞑ればいいでしょう。悪くない業者だと思います。
