★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西道路のヨークベニマルの道路沿いにある、チョコレート色のお菓子のおうちを連想させる甘いものやさん。贈答品のお菓子は和菓子、洋菓子、アイスとひととおり品揃えが豊富で、私がケーキなら主人はアイスをよく購入します。お祝いケーキを楽しんだり、デコレーションケーキのウインドウショッピングも楽しめます。バースディは、掲示板でおめでとうと名前を書いてもらい、店内で発表してくれます。店員さんのコスチュームもなかなかおしゃれですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応してくれたレジの店員の元気がなく、体調でも悪いのか、こちらの話を聞いてるのか不安になる接客だった。お札を持って数えてる時もはっきりしなくて不信感があった。
他のスタッフは元気だった。

リーズナブルに色々あるのでいいお店です。
今日対応したスタッフさんは言葉足らずで、地元クーポンを出したのですが何も話さないのでこちらからこれでお願いします、不足分は電子マネーでお願いします❢
と話したのですが現金ですとしか言わないので意味がわからずにいましたらクーポンの場合は不足分は現金のみの支払いしか対応出来ないらしいのです。
全く気づかずちょっと間がありました。
知らない客も悪いけどもう少し丁寧に言ってくだされば気がついただけのことかと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジの店員、安倍政宗さんの対応が最悪でした。
まずポイントを全部使うと言ったのですが、全部使用しても元の値段と変わらない値段を言われ、ポイント分引いてもらってるかたずねると、
「引いてこの値段ですよ」と言い返されました。
なので元の値段はいくらですかとたずねると今度は逆ギレされてしまいました。
見かねた隣のレジの女性店員が最初から会計をしなおしポイント分もちゃんと引いて会計できましたが、女性店員も安倍政宗さんも謝罪はなし。
結構時間を取られ、原因がレジのオペレーションミスなのに謝罪なしはひどいと感じました。
今後は他のシャトレーゼでも値段は変わらないので、まともな対応のできる店員がいる店で買おうと思います。

It took me a long time, and I felt it was terrible without an apology even though the cause was an operation error at the cash register.
In the future, the price will not change for other chateraises, so I will buy it at a store that has a clerk who can handle it properly.

一度、冷凍したようなブツブツとしたゼリーでした。
ケーキも繰り返し冷凍しているような味で、人に差し上げることはできないものばかり。
もう購入することは無いと思います。

レジをする際の言葉遣いは良かっただけに、がっかりと怒りを感じました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は2021年12月24日 クリスマスイブでした。シャトレーゼの駐車場は満車！同じ敷地にある幸楽苑がかわいそう！いつもは黒岩の店舗で購入してましたが今日はこちらの店舗に来てみたら。クリスマスケーキの受取や御菓子・ケーキの当日購入の方で店内は完全行列でした。お母さんご苦労さまです。最近は積極的にテレビにも出たりしたりしていて私ですらケーキ・シュークリーム・ロールケーキを買いに来たりしあｍすが、シャトレーゼはやはりなんといっても価格が安い！町のケーキ屋さんでは出せない価格を提示されるので私達には嬉しいです。これでは街のケーキ屋さん・お菓子屋さんは大変ですね。
