★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よくこちらで車を借りていましたが、以前一日予約をした際、当日体調が悪くなり、予約時間前にこちらに「体調が悪くて予定時間に行けそうにないが、一日分の利用料金を払うのでお昼に取りに行かせてほしい」と連絡。了承を得てお昼に借りに行くと年配の男性に注意をされました。「もっと早く時間変更をくれたら空き時間他に貸せた、今後はやめてくれ」と言われました。以前より、クレジットカード払いをすると片手で返却されたり、ひどいときは机の上に黙って返却されたりと対応が悪い方で、態度も恐い印象をこちらは受けていたため、このような注意を受けびびってしまい、借りられなくなってしまいました。カースタに連絡しましたが、全くお返事頂けないまま２ヶ月経過しております。数人スタッフさんがおられる中、この対応をされるのは唯一の年配の男性だけですが、カースタの対応はこの状態なのでお勧めできるレンタカー屋さんではありません。
また、ガソリンモニターが壊れていても借りるときにこちらが気づかないと教えてはくれません。

I was frightened and could not borrow. I contacted Carsta, but it's been two months since I didn't get any reply. While there are several staff members, this is the only elderly man to handle this, but Carsta's correspondence is in this state, so it is not a recommended car rental shop.
Also, even if the gasoline monitor is broken, it will not tell you if you do not notice it when renting.
