会計が兎に角遅い。 電子カルテが導入されたようですが運用する側に問題があります。 多分開発した会社の人が数名導入チェックに来ていた様ですが見ていてイライラしなかったのでしょうか?私はそれを見ていて事務スタッフのノロさに苛立ちました。動きはのっそのそ。テキパキ動くスタッフは皆無。分かりやすく言えばダラシがない。事務室から時折出てくる巨漢の男性スタッフも更にダラシないのが印象的。 お昼時になると昼食に行く会計スタッフも居るのか受付内にオバちゃんが一人。しかもオロオロとどん臭い感じ。 受付には人がおらず関係ない患者が会計窓口で何か質問する度に、会計のオバちゃんが対応するため、計算の終わったファイルが既に何件も来てるのに他の対応。 しかも一人はややこしそうな質問だったため、一度目の説明で飲み込めず二度目は探してきたメモ帳にメモを取りながら再度同じ説明をしてもらい、三度目で漸く理解。関係の担当者に電話連絡するも、聞いた内容は説明せず仲介するのみ。散々長々と質問を聞いた意味なし。その間、会計待ちの患者に会話が丸聞こえ。コンプライアンスなんて概念も無いんでしょうね。 会計待ちの患者が大勢座っていても待たせてる感覚は感じ取れず。 コロナ禍なので一人でも早く会計を済ませて捌かないといけないという焦りはなく、ただただモタモタと動くだけ。 酷いです。若いスタッフに会計を担当させるなど配置換えが必要です。オバちゃんは臨機応変な対応が出来ません。患者への配慮も全く足りません。 接客もプロ意識は無くかなりの不愛想。間違いなく役割分担が細分化されておらず、全スタッフがその場で発生した仕事を処理しているので至る所で作業の渋滞が起きています。 受付内は整頓されておらず物がごっちゃごちゃ。オバちゃんスタッフが多いのでそうなるんですが、セキュリティとか多分ユルユルです。他人の書類が表向きにカウンターに置かれていても平気な顔。電子カルテ導入前は来院順に名簿へ名前を書かされていました。誰が通院してるのか一覧が丸見えで怖かったです。ボールペンも使い回しなので今時不衛生で触りたくなかったですし。 他の方も指摘されてますが、先生と看護師、看護師と看護師の連携が取れていません。間違いとか起きないのでしょうか?私は紙カルテの時に採血の本数が足りず、かなり待たされて再採血されたことも有ります。 中規模の総合病院ですが、あちこち改善しないと怖いです。 あと、会計横の絵が物凄く不気味。
