予約したにも関わらず、行ったらできないから日を改めてと言われた。
理由を聞くと整備士が出払っているからとのこと。
なぜ分かった段階で連絡くれなかったのか？
何のための予約なのか？？疑問です。
こちらの予定もあった為、最終的にはやってくれましたが、、
ネット上は評判が良かっただけに残念ですね。
できない時はすぐに連絡もらわないとお互いの為になりません。。。
お忙しいのは承知ですが工場、客。お互いの為の予約なのでは？
挙動不審な接客対応もマイナス。
「予約したんだからやってもらわないと困る」と言ったら眉顰めて不満げな顔されたりよくわかりません。。
不満な気持ちあるのは予約した私です。?
いろんな事情があったんだと思いますが、
こんな事してたらお客さん離れていきますよ。
。。
たまたまだと思いたいですが、、、、
候補日が立てられないのでなんとかオイル交換はやっては頂きました。
今後の改善に期待です。?
