★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5階に一般市民出入自由の食堂がありまし。眺望も良し。低価格、メニューも豊富。味も良し。12時15分頃から職員で混雑します。
There is a public cafeteria on the 5th floor. The view is good. Low price and abundant menu. The taste is good. It will be crowded with staff from around 12:15.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手続き以外では行く用事が有りませんが敷地内を見渡すと災害時に使う給水栓、給水車、水道局のサイレン付緊急車両など地味レアな物がちらほら見受けられます。
基本的には客商売の施設ではなく、訪れる人も大半は工事、不動産関係者なので用件さえスムーズに済ませられれば特に何も求めません。
There is no need to go outside the procedure, but if you look around the site, you can see a few rare things such as water taps, water trucks, emergency vehicles with sirens from the waterworks.
Basically, it is not a facility for customer business, and most of the visitors are people involved in construction and real estate.
