引越しで一時的に実家に帰る為にトランクルームを探していてキーピットさんを内覧しました。他のトランクルームとは清潔さが違いましたし、何より電話の案内がとてもよく丁寧にかつ親切に相談に乗ってもらえました。早ければすぐに利用ができるところも良いですね。キーピットさんに電話して良かったです。

I was looking for a trunk room to temporarily return to my parents' house when I moved, and I took a look at Mr. Keypit. The cleanliness was different from other trunk rooms, and above all, the telephone guidance was very good and the consultation was polite and kind. It is also good that you can use it as soon as possible. I'm glad I called Mr. Keypit.

近くの他社のトランクルームを利用してて引っ越してきました。前に使ってた他社のトランクルームと比較すると値段も安いし、Suicaがセキュリティーカードになるので、セキュリティーカードや鍵を持ち歩かなくていいので思い立った時に行けるのがいい。駐車スペースはかなり狭くてギリギリ２台停めれる感じだけど横向きや斜めに停められてると2台目が停められないので、前の人の作業が終わるのを待ってないといけない。空調は一応効いてるけど、以前の他社トランクルームと比べると効きが悪い。他社のトランクルームは食料品置いても大丈夫と思えるくらい空調が冷えてて湿度管理もされてたので、そこと比較してしまうと外気よりマシか…って程度。買った時のビニールに入った衣類を保管してたら湿気が溜まって中の衣類がびっしょり…トランクルーム内に除湿剤置いておかないと荷物がダメになっちゃうかも。

In the trunk rooms of other companies, the air conditioner was so cold that it seemed okay to put food, and the humidity was controlled, so compared to that, it's better than the outside air. When I stored the clothes in the vinyl when I bought them, the humidity accumulated and the clothes inside were soaked ... If I didn't put the dehumidifying agent in the trunk room, my luggage might be ruined.
