外国に行って、日本の伝統文化、武道とか茶道とか、何か身につけたいと思って始めました。
スポーツが得意な人は当然うまく出来るでしょうが、私の様に球技にはどうしても馴染めなかった者も、体の芯をちゃんと感じて動かせる様になり、体を動かす楽しみを覚えることが出来ました。
ついでにピアノやバイオリンでの背中の動かし方までわかる様になった気がしています。
学生の様に無限の時間を使い、乱取りや試合をして怪我をする訳にはいかない、社会人の為の現実的な、リーズナブルな努力で必要な護身力を身に付けるのに向いていると思います。
