O	OVER DOSE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ユニテハウス仙台にて築2年になります。住み心地は快適で気に入っています。しかし、新築時から大雨の際は裏の空き地より雨水が流入し敷地内は水没、ガレージ基礎部からは浸水。 1年目に相談をさせていただきましたが、うやむやのまま2年目になり先日、再び相談させていただき、まずは応急処置で土嚢という話が出ましたがそれから1ヶ月以上、連絡はありません。ガレージの車も下廻りの錆が目立ち始めた為、処分しました。マイホームは一生の中でも大きな買い物です…私はその買い物でとても後悔しました。前述のように住み心地は気に入っています、しかしそれ以上にユニテハウスで建てなければよかったと後悔をしています。このレビューがハウスメーカー選びで迷われている方々の目に留まり、少しでも後悔しない選択の役に立てればと思い実名で投稿させていただきます。 It is 2 years old at Unite House Sendai. The car in the garage also started to notice rust underneath, so I disposed of it. My home is one of the biggest purchases of my life ... I regret it very much. As I mentioned earlier, I like the comfort of living, but I regret that I shouldn't have built it at Unite House any more. ボ	ボンバーマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年前にユニテハウスで家を建てました。いくつか工務店を見て回りましたが、希望の土地と合わせて提案してもらったのが決めてです。規格住宅と思っていましたが、意外と選べる部分が多く、設計士の方と相談の上、トリプルガラスのサッシを採用しました。断熱性能は高くしたかったので、要望を聞いて頂き、様々なアドバイスもあって、希望通りの家になりました。住み心地については非常に満足しています。気になる点は土地が狭いので隣の家がかなり近いです。さらに屋根がこちらにせり出しているので1階が少し暗く感じます。隣は我が家より後から建ちましたが、狭小地だったらユニテのような箱型の建物にしてくれれば良かったのにと思っています。お隣さんは選べないので仕方がないことですが・・・これから建てる方にアドバイスするとしたら、いろんな事例を見ることをお勧めします。そしてこんな家に住みたいというイメージを固め、担当の方にすべてぶつけることです。私の場合はすべてぶつけたおかげで、満足できる家になったのかなと思っています。 I built a house at Unite House three years ago.
