★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社長が自画自賛レビューしてるみたいだけど(笑)雇用契約書をくださいと言うと｢何に使うの？｣だそうです。
何でもするからと必死な人に本当に酷な状況押しつけて逃げられたり、自分の過失をパート全員に押しつけて急に全員解雇したり(当然自己都合扱い)通勤中の交通事故も労災非対応。労基法ガン無視の酷い会社でした。社長がこれを見ることがあれば何の話だと思うでしょうが、やられた方は忘れないのですよ。今は是正されまともになっていることを願いますが、人なんてそうそう変わりません。
｢あまり若い人を採用すると人間教育から必要だ｣とか｢ハローワークに求人出すとろくな奴がこない｣とも言っていましたね。社長の努力は聞き及んでますが、実際にそこまで言えるほど立派な社長なら、某系列店で出禁(取引お断り)になることもなかったと思われますが。
二言目には金、金と(お客さんいわく)、商売である以上そこのジャッジは難しいところですが、結局お客さんから社長の不始末をガミガミ言われるのは現場。
ちなみに新人教育も一切ありませんでした。
それなのにクレームは専門的なことばかり。会社に電話してものらりくらりと対応せず。
全員解雇の際は皆が皆口を揃えて言いましたよ｢もう疲れた｣と。それぞれ生活があるのに。
まだ小規模な頃でさえそうなのに、事業拡大して手が回ってるとは到底思えません。
飽き飽きクレームがくるくらいでしたから、サービスも低品質なのでしょう。

In the second word, money, money (customers say), it is difficult to judge there as long as it is a business, but in the end it is the site that customers complain about the president's mismanagement.
By the way, there was no new employee education.
However, complaints are all specialized. Even if I called the company, I couldn't handle it.
When they were all fired, they all said in unison, "I'm tired." Even though each has a life.
Even when it's still small, I don't think it's possible to expand the business and get around.
I was tired of getting tired of complaints, so the service is probably of low quality.
